This would cost roughly 70% of the average gold you get during said event, so let's say 20 gold. Let's take the example of the Solar Eclipse, as right now it is the most relevant event.Īfter beating Plantera, the Witch Doctor would learn the Plea for Darkness, a special dance that would make the world dark the next day (Solar Eclipse). Some criteria would have to be met to "unlock" event summons, and the Witch Doctor isn't just a clown, he'd like to be paid as well. Of course, we all know this is fantasy, but Terraria being heavily based on fantasy, wouldn't it make sense for the Witch Doctor NPC to be able to summon events ? In actual history, Witch Doctors were rumored to be able to summon rain, sun, day and night at their will, they were more often than not the elder of the group, and were treated as superiors because of their summoning powers. (Along with the Cyborg, Dye Trader and Party Girl, but that's not the point of this thread.) Much like Bosses or Invasions, I feel like Events should be able to be summoned as well, it could be via the usual item craft at a Demon Altar, but the ressources would either be too hard to get, making the grind as boring as just waiting for a random event spawn, or too easy, making these events much less interesting.Īhhh the Witch Doctor, such an underused NPC with so much potential. I’d even pay for some of the others because the go above and beyond.Ĭonsider your options and try some others out maybe before you settle on this one. Many people are complaining about Solar Eclipses being too rare, even after the 1.2.0.3 increase, so after brainstorming a little, I came up with a solution. Other apps on the store do the same thing for free and do it better. The good news is there is plenty of room for improvement with all the updates they are rolling out for it. I personally can not recommend this at all. ( but if you reward people for putting out bad apps, the quality of apps on the App Store will go down and you’ll end up with things like 50 Minecraft clones.) After closing the browser window and going back to the app 2 or 3 times, the ad finally goes away for about 2 minutes or so. Which is an app that I’d rate way higher lol. If you touch anywhere on the screen it forces your browser open. There is an ad that pops up that you can’t close out on your own. I’m sure most have looked up actual tips or first 10 things to do videos before they ever thought to download an app. Most people that play these games woulda figured that out. Well didn’t really even need to say that. granted a lot more words was used but really build a furnace was all they needed to say. The tips section if filled with pro tips like build a furnace. There is no form of sorting or filtering. And the ads… Don’t even get me started on that…ĭata base is all jumbled together. In fact, the only use for it is for seeing what the past game was like, and some of the information approves today (eg Eye of Cthulhu). WELL, he wasn’t even on the wiki! This app is a waste of time. I came looking for tips against Duke Fishron. I, in game on mobile, have a Possessed Hatchet (I do have a Terra Blade, but I prefer different weapons), Beetle armor, and a lot of late hardmode (I mean post golem). Guess what? IT WAS ONLY FOR BUGS! I remember getting this app, and I was excited. This app has been updated only mere months ago. Otherwise, search terraria wiki on the internet. If you have a device that has terraria 1.1 (or in some cases, the release), feel free to use this wiki. WHAT ABOUT THE SOLAR ECLIPSE? WHAT ABOUT MOON LORD? If you have access to the internet, I recommend using The official terraria wiki. This guide doesn’t have crimson items, plus what about the terra blade? This is NOT a complete guide of terraria and there’s more missing. This guide is only 1.1 and doesn’t have any post mechanical boss but pre plantera and post plantera items.
